Final Performance Testers cover various types. Based on different test targets, testing functions and automation levels, they are mainly divided into the following categories:

1. Semi-automatic Manual Testing Devices

(1) Desktop Final Performance Tester Principle: Operators place workpieces manually, and the machine automatically finishes electrical performance, durability and load tests. Features: Small footprint, cost-effective, convenient parameter setting; manual loading lowers continuous testing efficiency. Applicable to: Lab sampling inspection, small-batch spot check of relays and electronic components.

(2) Portable Performance Detector Types: Handheld electrical tester: Detect conduction and voltage resistance by manually connecting probes. Mini cycle life tester: Simple repeated testing for tiny electronic parts. Features: Lightweight and movable, no fixed installation on production lines needed. Applications: Warehouse incoming inspection, on-site product sampling verification.

2. Full-automatic Integrated Final Performance Tester

(1) Production Line Integrated Test Machine Principle: Equipped with linear module transmission, it realizes automatic feeding, positioning, multi-index performance testing and sorting of qualified & defective products in one flow. Features: High testing speed, long unattended running time, stable and consistent test data; must be matched with automatic production lines. Applications: Mass inspection of photovoltaic relays, auto electrical parts and low-voltage electrical components.
