Industrial belt-driven transmission modules are linear transmission devices mainly composed of synchronous belts and pulleys, linear guides, aluminum profiles, bases, motors, couplings, and limit switches. They include fully enclosed and semi-enclosed linear modules and are one of the most widely used linear module types in automated production. The working principle of the belt module is that the motor drives the drive pulley of the synchronous belt to rotate, thereby moving the slider on the linear guide.
1.The combination of an anodized aluminum alloy base and stainless steel linear guides results in a small, lightweight, and highly rigid module slide that is corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant. This high rigidity ensures high precision.
2. Equipped with a servo motor or stepper motor, the belt tension can be easily adjusted on one side.
3. Load capacity can be increased by changing the profile material and guide rail rigidity; different materials and specifications result in different load limits.
4. High degree of production standardization. All components of the modular slide are manufactured strictly according to standards, ensuring simple maintenance and high cost-effectiveness.
5. Compared to screw-driven modules, it offers faster operating speeds, reaching a maximum of 2m/s with no critical speed limitations, and is more suitable for long-stroke transmission.
6. Its compact design and easy installation allow for multi-axis assembly, making it suitable for most mechanical equipment and automated production processes, improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
