Belt modules play a crucial role in industrial production, and daily maintenance is essential.

First, clean the belt module regularly. Remove surface dust and debris to prevent them from entering the module and affecting operation.

Second, check the belt tension. Too loose a belt may cause slippage and reduced accuracy, while too tight a belt will accelerate wear. Proper tension ensures stable module operation.

Third, check the belt for wear and damage. If any is found, replace it promptly to avoid affecting equipment performance and working accuracy.

Additionally, regularly add lubricating oil to the module's transmission components. Good lubrication reduces friction and extends component lifespan.

Simultaneously, check if the module's fixing bolts are loose. If so, tighten them promptly to ensure the module is securely installed.

During operation, monitor its working status. If abnormal noise or vibration is detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. These daily maintenance measures effectively ensure the normal operation of the belt module, improve production efficiency, and reduce equipment failures.
