Pulse AC Area Static Eliminators: Wide-Area Neutralization on High-Speed Transfer Systems

Pulse AC static eliminators generate alternating positive and negative ions from single tungsten electrodes via frequency-modulated high-voltage corona discharge. This mechanism extends ion dispersion distance to 300 mm while maintaining ion balance within ±30 V, solving residual static charge on relay terminals during continuous high-speed transfer.

Physics of Pulse AC Discharge: Frequency control for long-distance ion dispersion

Pulse AC technology adjusts discharge frequency from 1 Hz to 100 Hz to regulate ion cloud density. Low-frequency settings produce wide-spread ion flux for long-distance neutralization; high-frequency modes concentrate ions for short-gap, high-cycle pick-and-place stations.
