The motion system parameters of a dispensing machine include repeatability, positioning accuracy, maximum speed, and acceleration. Different models can achieve repeatability of ±0.01mm on the XYZ axes, or 5-10μm under 3σ standards. XY axis positioning accuracy can reach 15-30μm under 3σ standards. Maximum speeds on the X/Y axes can reach 300-1200mm/s, and on the Z axis, 100-300mm/s. Acceleration can reach 0.5g-1.5g. Its drive system includes servo motors with high-precision ball screw modules, linear motors with servo motors, etc. The common number of control axes is 3, but 4-axis configurations are also available.

The performance parameters of dispensing valves vary depending on the type. Piezoelectric jet valves have a maximum operating frequency of up to 1000Hz, a minimum dot diameter of 0.2mm, and are suitable for a viscosity range of 1–200,000 cps. Screw valves are suitable for high-viscosity fluids (6,000–1,300,000 cps) and offer repeatability of ±3.0%.

Regarding overall machine parameters, the dimensions of the equipment range from approximately 500*600*600mm for desktop models to 1500*1300*1600mm for floor-standing models, and the weight ranges from tens of kilograms to tons. Dispensing accuracy is typically within ±1%–±5%. Other parameters include teach-in programming (up to 99 programs), metering methods (screw pumps, gear pumps), and control methods (PLC, motor, touchscreen). Environmental factors such as temperature and humidity must be considered when operating the equipment.
