A ball screw linear module is a precision transmission device that combines the high-precision transmission characteristics of a ball screw with the linear motion function of a linear module. It is widely used in automation equipment, CNC machine tools, robots, and other fields.

1. Ball screws are ideal products for converting rotary motion into linear motion, or vice versa.

2. Linear guide rails, also known as slide rails, linear guides, or linear slides, are used in linear reciprocating motion applications. They have a higher rated load than linear bearings and can withstand a certain amount of torque, enabling high-precision linear motion under high loads.

3. Aluminum alloy profiles are aesthetically pleasing, rationally designed, rigid, and reliable. They are ideal basic power components for combination machine tools and automated lines, exhibiting good dynamic performance. The slide has high rigidity, low thermal deformation, and high feed stability, thus ensuring actual accuracy under machining conditions (load).

4. The screw support base uses ultra-small angular contact ball bearings with high rigidity and high precision, ensuring stable rotational performance. The deep groove ball bearings are filled with an appropriate amount of lithium soap-based grease and sealed with special gaskets, allowing for direct installation and long-term use.

5. Servo motors enable rapid forward and backward movement of the linear slide. High precision is achieved using ball screws and linear guides. The linear slide can be controlled by a PLC or directly by a robotic arm control system. The movement speed and trajectory of the linear slide can be programmed to meet various application requirements.
