Q: Will this bottom-mounted motor interfere with the ground after installation?
A: This motor adopts a sunk embedded installation design. After installation, the main body of the standard model is completely embedded inside the equipment base, and will not protrude from the bottom of the equipment to interfere with the ground. For scenarios with special ground clearance requirements, we can also provide a customized fuselage height optimization scheme to fully adapt to your on-site installation needs.
Q: When installed on the bottom of the equipment base, will there be a risk of fuselage loosening and falling off?
A: The bottom mounting surface of the motor adopts an integrated thickened design, matched with anti-loosening special installation holes and supporting fasteners. After installation, it is fully fitted and locked with the equipment base. At the same time, we provide an exclusive anti-fall safety structure optional scheme. Even under long-term high-frequency vibration working conditions, there will be no risk of fuselage loosening and falling off, with full safety redundancy.
Q: Can the bottom mounting surface of this motor adapt to the non-planar equipment base?
A: The standard model is suitable for the equipment installation datum surface with flatness ≤0.05mm. For special equipment bases with non-planar and stepped surfaces, we can provide a customized mounting surface adaptation scheme to ensure that the motor datum surface is fully fitted after installation, ensuring transmission accuracy and operation stability.
