Automated Testing for Magnetic Latching Relays: Electrical Parameter & Contact Resistance Verification

Magnetic latching relays require static and pulse electrical validation to confirm latching pulse threshold, insulation performance and contact integrity. Review our automatic production line for magnetic latching relays for full turnkey assembly and test integration. This inline tester implements 4-wire Kelvin measurement to eliminate lead resistance error and capture contact resistance below 0.5 mΩ, with rotary dial indexing for continuous high-volume production screening.

Core Test Standards

The station executes four mandatory inline validation items per IEC 61810-1:

  1. Pick-up / drop-out pulse sensitivity, with pulse width tolerance ±0.2 ms
  2. Insulation resistance, ≥1000 MΩ @ 500 VDC
  3. Dielectric strength, coil-to-contact Hi-pot test for 60 s
  4. Contact resistance via four-wire Kelvin sensing, threshold <0.5 mΩ
