General-Purpose Photoelectric Sensor Technical Features
General-purpose photoelectric sensors feature long detection distances. They have fewer limitations on the objects they can detect, and can detect various objects such as glass, plastic, wood, and liquids. They have short response times. They possess high resolution, which can be achieved by focusing the projected light beam into a small spot through technology or by constructing a special light-receiving optical system. In the type of projected visible light, the projected light beam is visible, making it easy to adjust the position of the detected object.

Digital Fiber Optic Sensor Technical Features
Digital fiber optic sensors are equipped with a high-definition OLED Chinese display screen. Their circuit design and control algorithms improve product stability. The combination of 4-element LEDs and APC circuitry helps ensure the stability of the projected light. They feature continuously adjustable and automatic adjustment functions for projected light power, suitable for close-range detection, detection of transparent objects, or small objects. The inter-frequency anti-interference function can prevent mutual interference when using optical fibers side-by-side by setting different projected light frequencies, allowing up to 4 fiber heads to be installed close together. The response time can be switched according to the mode, such as less than 25μs in H-SP mode.

Other Sensor Technical Features

The color mark sensor features automatic LED selection, automatically choosing the LED with the highest contrast between the color mark and the background color from the three colors: R, G, and B. The color mark mode achieves a high-speed response of 45μs. It employs a coaxial reflection optical system and an extremely fine spot size of approximately 1mm × 5mm to achieve high-precision detection. Its miniaturized design saves space.
