Use hand rivet tools for small batch trial runs. Portable units suit on-site processing. Full-auto integrated machines apply to mass production requiring consistent precision.
4.Cost Planning
Multiple riveting solutions exist. Not all armature lines need full-auto equipment. If customized machines for hard contacts cost too much, adjust contact materials. If auto riveters are over budget, move workpieces instead of riveting heads.
