Selection Principles for Dispensing Machines

1. Adhesive: Use a single-component dispensing machine for ordinary adhesives, a two-component dispensing machine for AB adhesives, a PU adhesive dispensing machine for PU adhesives, and a specific syringe dispensing machine for UV adhesives. Consider the viscosity and density of the adhesive, its curing time, and its function.

2. Dispensing Process: Use a semi-automatic dispensing machine (e.g., foot-operated) for general dispensing. For precise positioning and marking, choose a desktop, three-axis, or circular dispensing machine with automation functions. Automation is secondary; the dispensing machine primarily controls the adhesive application, while other functions can be achieved with automated robotic arms. Consider dispensing accuracy and the amount of adhesive dispensed per workpiece.

3. Working Efficiency and Environment: For small production runs with low efficiency requirements, use a manual glue gun. For outdoor work, use a glue gun. For precise glue control, use a machine. For automated dispensing, use a machine with automation functions.

4. Cost: There are various dispensing solutions, and not all dispensing requires a machine, nor does all automated dispensing need to be attached to a dispensing machine. From a cost perspective, if a certain adhesive requires an expensive machine, consider changing the adhesive. If the price of an automated dispensing machine is too high, consider moving the product instead of the dispensing head.
