A ball screw module is a precision transmission device that converts rotary motion into linear motion, widely used in automated equipment.

A linear screw module consists of main components such as a ball screw, aluminum profile, ball screw assembly, linear guide, photoelectric switch, coupling, and servo motor. The ball screw principle of the linear screw module is that the motor drives the coupling to rotate the ball screw. This, combined with the ball bearing at the bottom of the linear module, allows the screw to rotate continuously while remaining stationary. This conversion of rotary motion into linear reciprocating motion of the linear module, repeated cyclically, constitutes the entire process by which the linear module completes its function.
