Pick-and-place transfer unit with Adjustable Stroke is another example of the transfer unit which possesses pick and place function. There is no need for the robot arm in the case of the PPU with Adjustable Stroke as the manipulator is powered only by the cam. The actuators move through a definite trajectory because of the reciprocating motion of the motor driven by the external controller. This mechanism operates at a speed of 0.5 seconds per cycle. The major benefit of this pick-and-place motion system is its ability to adjust its stroke along the X-axis.

A: It is possible to block the machine at any point within the range of 130 and 170 mm stroke, and the procedure is quite simple.
